SUMMER OF HOPE - THROUGH PERSONAL REINVENTION

Change is hard. It’s especially difficult when we try to transform ourselves to be and do better. It often feels heavy, like dead weight. It can be lonely as support may be scarce or non-existent. But I can assure you that any worthwhile endeavor comes with growing pains.
Applaud yourself for recognizing the need for transformation on some level. No matter your age or circumstances, you still have the ability to grow, change, and begin again. If you take yourself and this process seriously, you will surely transform as does a caterpillar and float like butterflies. As you continue your refinement, you will build exponential confidence and take full flight, just like a free bird on the back of the wind. You can do this!
The first thing you must do is list 20 things you love about yourself. Write them down. This may seem extreme, but it’s the preface by which you will begin your transformation. Don’t feel that writing your list deems you arrogant or self-absorbed. The list is your anchor, helping you to identify your strengths. Don’t be embarrassed. Be intentional. Trust…it’s OK to love yourself. I will go first, then it’s your turn.
This exercise is self-reflective and the length of time it takes to complete it is entirely up to you. You may begin and complete it from start to finish in a matter of minutes. Or it may take hours or days to complete. But complete it. It will reveal areas that could lead to personal growth and confidence, business and brand development or opportunities to fulfill a hobby.
Below are 4 additional exercises that will help you to reinvent yourself for a better you.
Let go of old labels and limiting beliefs.
Start over without shame.
Build confidence through small daily actions.
Write a vision for the next season of life.
Hope begins in community, deepens through purpose, flourishes in space and harmony, and ultimately transforms you into who you are meant to become.
As you know…as you grow!
